1. About this website

Dreamsnity is an app studio and this website is its app and support directory. Contact dreamsnity@gmail.com for website privacy questions. This notice concerns website visits and messages you choose to send us. It does not replace Notenity’s app privacy policy.

2. Visits and technical information

When you request a page, hosting and network providers necessarily handle information such as your IP address, requested address, request time and browser or device information to deliver it. Hosting or access-control services may retain operational and security records according to their configuration and service terms. Visiting a page is therefore different from keeping a notebook locally inside Notenity.

The website has no notebook-upload form or payment form. Its playful buttons and feature tour run in your browser; we do not add custom analytics events for these interactions. Optional website analytics is described below and is separate from the Notenity app.

3. Optional Google Analytics

With your permission, Dreamsnity.com loads Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and improve the site. Before you choose Allow analytics, or if you decline, our analytics code does not load Google’s tag or send analytics requests to Google. The website works without optional analytics.

If you accept, Google receives technical information needed for measurement, such as your IP address during a request, browser and device information, language, page visits, referral information and cookie identifiers. Google Analytics may also measure website engagement. We configure the page address without query strings or fragments and reduce the referring address to its website origin. We do not send your Notenity notebook, recordings or support-email contents to Analytics.

We use this information for website measurement with your consent, not personalised advertising. Our tag keeps advertising storage, advertising user data and ad personalisation denied, and disables Google signals and advertising-personalisation signals. We do not set a cross-service user ID or enable our own advertising features. Google processes information under its own service terms and privacy information and may process it outside your country.

The Analytics cookies _ga and _ga_9WF7MZQ7HQ distinguish browsers and sessions. Our configuration sets their lifetime to up to 180 days without extending it on each visit. Browser controls may shorten this period. Our consent preference, dreamsnity-analytics-consent, is kept in local storage and is checked for renewal after 180 days. Analytics reports and retained data follow the Google Analytics property’s retention settings and Google’s service practices; deleting a cookie does not itself erase previously collected records.

You can use Analytics settings in the footer at any time to decline or allow analytics. Declining stops our tag’s measurement on that browser and removes its analytics cookies; it does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Clearing site data resets the choice. A choice is specific to that browser and device. If browser storage is blocked, a choice may last only for the current page.

4. Appearance and motion preferences

Your browser may save your selected light or dark appearance and your animation preference in local storage, using the keys dreamsnity-theme and dreamsnity-motion. These preferences stay until replaced or cleared through your browser’s site-data controls. They are not advertising identifiers and our page code does not send them to us. The website also works when that storage is unavailable.

The hosting platform may use its own storage for service delivery, security or access control. Its processing is separate from these two display preferences.

5. Messages you choose to send

A contact link opens your email application. Sending a message to dreamsnity@gmail.com gives us your email address, message and any attachments you include. Gmail handles those messages as our email provider. We use correspondence to answer the enquiry, provide requested support, investigate problems and manage related records. A support message is not permission for marketing emails.

Send only what is needed. Redact private information and avoid full notebooks, passwords, payment-card details and sensitive recordings. If a child has sent personal information, a parent or guardian can contact us about that correspondence.

6. Purposes, providers and retention

Where a legal basis is required, responding to a purchase or support request may be necessary for the requested service. Our legitimate interests in operating a secure site, answering other enquiries and resolving issues may also apply, subject to your rights. Legal obligations may require particular records or disclosures.

Hosting and email providers process information needed for those services. Google processes optional website analytics when you consent, as described above. Correspondence may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to establish or defend a legal claim or comply with a lawful requirement. We do not sell support correspondence or use it for targeted advertising.

We keep correspondence for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry and follow-up, relevant dispute periods and applicable recordkeeping duties. Technical-record retention depends on the relevant provider and hosting configuration. Contact us about a record you believe relates to you. Providers may process information in other countries; where Dreamsnity is responsible for a restricted transfer, applicable legal safeguards are required.

7. Your choices and rights

You can change the display controls, change Analytics settings in the footer, clear browser preferences or choose not to email us. Depending on applicable law and the information involved, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to its use, and withdraw consent where consent applies. You may also complain to a competent privacy authority.

Send a request to dreamsnity@gmail.com. We may ask for information reasonably needed to verify it. Legal response periods and lawful exceptions apply. Website or email requests do not give us access to a Notenity notebook stored on your device.

8. External sites and updates

Links to Apple or other external services take you to providers with their own privacy information. We may revise this notice as the website’s practices change and show the effective date above, with additional notice or consent where required.
